Privacy & data retention

VaultBridge stores only the minimum metadata required to provision share links and audit vault activity. All credential payloads stay encrypted at rest and are transmitted via TLS. Shared links inherit their creator's retention policy—when a link expires or is revoked, its payload is permanently destroyed.

• Vault entries are scoped to their owners; access requires explicit sharing.
• Secure links honor the stricter of max-views or expiration limits.
• Audit history is retained for 30 days to support compliance exports.
• You can request data removal or export at any time via support.
